Our Chapter aims to: 

  • Create a community of practice on Vancouver Island where critical care nurses can access and contribute to up to date  knowledge to become the best they can be. 

  • To enable and nurture members to become the best ICU/HAU nurses they can, by providing financial, personal and professional support. 

  • To create opportunities for informal leaders to develop and acquire skills and share valuable experiences/knowledge.
